- Do you integrate with in-house systems?
- Yes. Internal systems come in through the same paths as any other: API when there is one, database or file exchange when there is not. A large share of our projects runs on systems that appear in no catalog.
- Do I need to switch ERPs to use AI?
- No. Our projects start from the system your operation already uses. Agents join the existing flow, as at Fibrasa, where purchase validation runs inside TOTVS Fluig.
- How long does an integration take?
- It depends on the connection path. With an API or an accessible database, the first weeks usually already have an agent running in staging. The roadmap settles this before any development starts.
- Does smartside see my data?
- Agents run with credentials and scope defined by your IT team. Deciding where each piece of data may or may not travel is part of the project, with privacy law handled from the start.
